Ferry Grott - Musician

Ferry Grott is one of Germany’s best trumpeters. He has performed with stars like Udo Lindenberg, Rio Reiser, Die Ärzte, Alphaville, Silly, Culcha Candela and Jeanette Biedermann, plus several other bands both in the studios and live on stage. But the multi-talented star from Berlin has also a classical past. He played in orchestras like the Berliner Symphoniker, Neues Sinfonieorchester Berlin and Neubrandenburger Philharmoniker.

Ferry Grott - Producer

As a producer, he spotted Bürger Lars Dietrich and produced his first albums with him. Ferry Grott has composed for and produced many famous artists, but he has also headed the music projects at major sporting events (Leipzig Olympic Bid, European Swimming Championships) and worldwide TV programs (Bobsleigh Worldcup).

While he was DJ’ing (dance, techno, lounge, pop, disco) just for fun, Ferry Grott developed a new and exclusive concept combining his DJ experience and his passion for the trumpet.

He is known for siply grabbing his trumpet and performing LIVE over the music he’s playing, surprising the audience with own compositions or his interpretation of well known music from CD.
